In today's challenging market, continuing your REALTOR® education is the best way to invest in your career. According to the 2013 NAR Member Profile survey data, the median income of REALTORS® with no designations was $33,500. However, REALTORS® who invest in their careers and obtain at least one professional designation earn an average of $61,000 annually—a difference of $27,000. That’s an average income boost of just over 45%.

Here’s a breakdown of Realtor accreditation's in Georgia:

The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

The REALTORS® Land Institute confers its prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation to only the best land professionals in the business. To qualify for the ALC designation, a land specialist must complete the organization's rigorous LANDU education program and demonstrate a proven track record in experience and success.

The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist course is a visual online class for real estate agents who are looking for training in the luxury homes market. Students leaving the program will be positioned to increase their profitability, enhance their service levels, and confidently expand their business in the luxury market.

The Accredited Seller Representative (ASR®) designation is the original designation program devoted exclusively to enhancing professional skills necessary to meet the needs and demands of today's sellers. This designation is conferred by the Accredited Seller Agency Council to individuals who meet the education and experience requirements. Additionally, the ASR® Council requires strict compliance with professional conduct and acceptable standards while working with seller clients.

At Home With Diversity® is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. More importantly, the class teaches how real estate professionals can increase their sensitivity and adaptability to future market trends. The course addresses issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences.

The CIPS Designation is the only designation of its kind in the real estate community. It's synonymous with advanced expertise, a global perspective and distinct understanding of a global buyer, and comes with powerful brand recognition with designees in nearly 40 countries. By earning your CIPS Designation, you instantly align yourself with the best in the business, and join our influential network of international professionals.

Members of Institute for Luxury Home Marketing who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

Council members represent the top 3 percent of all REALTORS® in the country. With 33,000 members you are immediately connected to a professional network of top producers for best-in-class education, networking, valuable referrals and more.

The EcoBroker® designation helps you generate and close more business, increase customer satisfaction and referrals, and benefit the planet all at the same time! Earn the EcoBroker® designation (three highly interactive courses online) and further distinguish yourself from the other 2.6 million real estate professionals.

There's no doubt that your online presence is vital in reaching today's hyper-connected consumers. NAR's new e-PRO® curriculum shows you how to use the latest social media technologies, such as Facebook and Twitter, to create an online presence best suited for you.

Learn how to provide the real estate services—at any stage in the service member's military career—that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. Hone in your knowledge and skills for working with active duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans with the NAR's Military Relocation Professional Certification.

NAR's Green Designation provides advanced training in green building and sustainable business practices so that you can seek out, understand, and market properties with green features.

Enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.

Resort and Second-Home REALTORS® facilitate the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.

Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market—they are critical.

To help REALTORS® meet the specialized needs of seniors, the founder of the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) spent 10 years developing this designation and comprehensive marketing plan. Earn the trust of this untapped market segment and earn their business with the national SRES® designation.
